Building Use Policy & Calendar
The use of our facilities is open for all members/attendees and the general public. This includes our Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, kitchen, and outdoor Pavilion. Reservations should be submitted well before the event, but last-minute requests will be considered. We maintain a calendar more than one year out, so plan early and let us know. Custodial and use fees may apply. We also allow the use of tables and chairs stored in the Pavilion to be used by members only for offsite use. Tables and chairs stored in the church building are not available for outside or offsite use. The use of our sound systems and computer equipment will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional fees for in-house staff. All requests should be forwarded to Corinna or Steve.
