Baptismal Class-
Baptism is a very important part of our obedience to God. Though God’s grace saves us, baptism is an act of our obedience to Jesus and a symbol of our passing through His death, burial, and resurrection. Though the water is not magical, it is symbolic of the washing away of our sins. The Apostle Peter said in Acts 2:38: “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
In today’s church, several forms of baptism are practiced across Christianity, which can be confusing.
